This presentation explores the principles of cultural humility and its role in fostering safe, inclusive spaces within organizations. Participants will learn to identify implicit biases, develop actionable strategies for advancing racial equity and social justice, and implement anti-racism practices that promote diversity, inclusion and respect in the workplace.
